Level Up Surf Coaching does not guarantee specific performance results, surfing outcomes or physical improvements. Individual results may vary depending on factors including participation, consistency, physical condition and environmental conditions.
Users are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in any training, coaching or surfing activities. If you have any medical concerns, injuries or health conditions, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or participating in any service provided by Level Up Surf Coaching.
All content provided through Level Up Surf Coaching, including videos, training programs, educational materials and written content, remains the intellectual property of Level Up Surf Coaching and may not be copied, distributed or reproduced without written permission.
Level Up Surf Coaching reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue any service, content or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Surf Training Programs & Training App
Level Up Surf Coaching provides surf-specific training programs through a mobile application that includes workout videos, training tracking tools, nutrition tracking features and educational content.
By participating in any training program provided by Level Up Surf Coaching, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in any exercise program.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses or health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
Participation in all training activities is entirely at your own risk.
Coaching & Results
All training programs, coaching recommendations, nutrition guidance and educational materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Level Up Surf Coaching does not guarantee specific fitness, performance, weight loss, injury prevention or surfing results. Individual results will vary based on participation, consistency, lifestyle factors and individual circumstances.
App Access
Subscribers receive access to the training application and its available features during the active subscription period.
Features may include workout programs, exercise videos, training tracking, nutrition tracking, meal suggestions and communication tools. Available features may change over time as the platform evolves.
Account access is personal and may not be shared with other individuals.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed automatically through the platform's integrated payment system.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to the selected subscription plan.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled by the user before the next billing cycle.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation settings through the platform.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes and special offers may be offered from time to time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts apply only to the initial billing cycle. After the promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard recurring subscription rate in effect at that time. By using a promotional offer, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the regular subscription price that will apply to future billing cycles.
Level Up Surf Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users found sharing account credentials or distributing training content without permission.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused time, lack of usage, cancellation during an active billing cycle or termination of access due to violation of these Terms.
Changes & availability
Level Up Surf Coaching reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue training programs, app features, educational content or coaching services at any time.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted access, Level Up Surf Coaching cannot guarantee continuous availability of the application or its services.
Surf Coaching Trips
Level Up Surf Coaching organizes surf coaching trips that may include surf coaching, video analysis, surf education, accommodation, training sessions and other related activities.
Participation & Responsibility
Participation in any surf coaching trip is entirely at your own risk.
Surfing is an outdoor activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to changing ocean conditions, currents, waves, weather conditions, collisions, equipment failure and physical injury.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own abilities and deciding whether conditions are appropriate for their skill level.
Health & Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of taking part in all activities during the trip.
Any medical conditions, injuries or health concerns that may affect participation should be disclosed prior to the trip.
Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel documentation, passports, visas and transportation unless otherwise specified.
Comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for surfing and related activities, is strongly recommended.
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering all transportation costs related to the trip, including flights, train travel, car rentals, local transportation and transfers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
While Level Up Surf Coaching may facilitate communication between participants regarding carpooling opportunities, transportation arrangements remain the sole responsibility of each participant.
Level Up Surf Coaching is not responsible for travel disruptions, flight cancellations, lost luggage, personal belongings or expenses incurred as a result of travel delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Surf Conditions & Trip Changes
Surf conditions are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed.
Level Up Surf Coaching reserves the right to modify schedules, coaching plans and activities when necessary due to weather, ocean conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.
Payments & Cancellations
All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable.
By reserving a spot on a surf coaching trip, participants acknowledge that no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, non-attendance, early departure, illness, injury, travel disruption, personal circumstances or any other circumstance preventing participation.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their booking to a replacement participant, subject to approval by Level Up Surf Coaching. The participant remains responsible for arranging the replacement.
In the event that a trip is affected, modified, postponed or cancelled due to exceptional weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, travel restrictions, public health emergencies or other circumstances beyond the control of Level Up Surf Coaching, no refunds will be issued.
A minimum of four participants is required for a surf coaching trip to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Level Up Surf Coaching reserves the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, participants may be offered the opportunity to transfer their booking to another available trip or receive a full refund of the amount paid to Level Up Surf Coaching.
Level Up Surf Coaching is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants as a result of a trip cancellation due to insufficient registrations, including but not limited to flights, transportation, accommodation, equipment rentals or other travel-related expenses.
.All participants are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance that covers trip cancellations, travel disruptions and surfing-related activities. Level Up Surf Coaching accepts no responsibility for costs incurred that would otherwise be covered by such insurance.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be captured during surf coaching trips for coaching, educational and promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify Level Up Surf Coaching in writing prior to the start of the trip.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up Surf Coaching shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, illness or expense incurred during participation in a surf coaching trip.
Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing, travel and physical activity.
Participants are responsible for their own surf equipment and personal belongings throughout the duration of the trip.
Surf Technique Blueprint
The Surf Technique Blueprint is an online educational platform designed to help surfers better understand surfing technique, surf mechanics, wave knowledge and long-term surf progression through structured educational content.
Subscription Access
Access to the Surf Technique Blueprint is provided through an active subscription.
Subscribers receive access to the available course content, educational resources and platform features for the duration of their active subscription.
Access to the platform is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold or distributed to other individuals.
Level Up Surf Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund to users found sharing account credentials or distributing course content without permission.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed automatically through the platform's integrated payment system.

Individual results will vary based on participation, experience level, consistency and personal circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All videos, lessons, graphics, written content and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Level Up Surf Coaching.
Course content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, redistributed, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused time, lack of usage, cancellation during an active billing cycle or termination of access due to violation of these Terms.
Platform Changes & Availability

Surf Video Analysis
Level Up Surf Coaching provides personalized surf video analysis services designed to help surfers better understand their technique, positioning, wave reading and overall surf performance.
Footage Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing their own surf footage for analysis through email after purchase.
The quality, angle and visibility of the footage may affect the level of feedback and technical detail that can be provided.
Level Up Surf Coaching cannot guarantee a complete analysis if the submitted footage does not clearly show the surfer or the relevant surfing maneuvers.
Analysis & Coaching
Each surf video analysis includes personalized technical feedback, coaching recommendations and educational guidance based on the submitted footage.
All feedback is intended for educational and coaching purposes only.
Level Up Surf Coaching does not guarantee specific surfing results, performance improvements or progression outcomes. Individual progress depends on many factors including practice, experience level, consistency and environmental conditions.
Delivery
Reasonable efforts will be made to deliver completed video analyses within the communicated timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on workload, travel schedules, coaching commitments and other circumstances.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All video analyses, voice-over recordings, coaching materials and educational content created by Level Up Surf Coaching remain the intellectual property of Level Up Surf Coaching.
Clients may use their analysis for personal use only and may not reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission.
Client Footage
Clients retain ownership of the original footage they submit.
By submitting footage for analysis, clients grant Level Up Surf Coaching permission to access and use the footage solely for the purpose of providing the requested coaching service.
Submitted footage will not be shared publicly without the client's prior consent.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the service, all surf video analysis purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once footage has been submitted and analysis work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
