Maldives Boat Trip 21-30 June 2027

A progression-focused liveaboard surf coaching trip in the Maldives designed to help intermediate surfers improve technique, wave reading and confidence in the water. For this experience Level Up Surf Coaching works together with Blue Ocean Maldives.

What’s included

  • 10 days surfing / 9 nights aboard The Mariana

  • Daily in water surf coaching hosted by Keith Marcantuoni for intermediate surfers

  • Day filming by Naomi and personal evening video-analysis with Keith

  • Pre-trip online surf-specific preparation program with the Level Up Surf Training App

  • Daily warm-ups, stretch and recovery sessions

  • All surf footage plus final personalized video analysis and online follow-up access

  • Private or shared cabin with ensuite bathroom, airconditioning and towels

  • Daily freshly made breakfast, lunch and diner with water, tea and coffee

  • Dhoni and dinghy support (small boats to bring you to the surf break) plus airport transfers

  • Current Maldivian government taxes: TGST 17%, Green Tax 12USD `per day & Service Charge 10% (subject to change)

Price

Practical

  • On 21 June, you need to fly into Velana International Airport (MLE) on Hulhulé Island, right next to the capital, Malé

  • From the airport, you will be picked up and brought to the boat (check-in between 8 am and 10 am)

  • If you have a night flight, you need to fly in on 20 June and stay one night in Malé so you can check in the next morning

  • This trip is for intermediate surfers, with a focus on improving and learning maneuvers

  • We surf around the North or South Malé atoll

  • A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 surfers can attend this surf coaching trip

  • We recommend traveling light, with only a board bag and a travel backpack

  • On 30 June, we check out between 1 pm and 2 pm, after lunch and we are brought back to the airport harbor

What’s not included

  • International flights

  • Mandatory travel insurance covering medical assistance, emergencies, evacuation/repatriation and surf activities

  • Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. (sickness, natural disasters, geopolitical uncertainty, should we not meet the minimum of 8 people required to run this trip)

  • Crew tips: US$15 per guest per day, payable in cash on board

  • Alcohol, soft drinks and bar purchases (cash in USD)

  • Mobile data/connectivity packages

  • Special meals outside the standard meal plan, if requested

  • Fuel surcharge: we surf the North or South Malé atoll, but if the boat has to change atolls because of the swell, a fuel charge of US$600 is split between all participants. This fee only applies if we have to change atolls.
