Level Up Surf Coaching

The South-West of France is known for its consistent world-class beach breaks, beautiful weather, and historical surf culture. Stay at the Board and Breakfast and experience an unforgettable coaching trip.

Preperation

With Level Up, we understand the physical components that contribute to surfing. Prior to this trip, you will get your own account in the Level Up surf training application, in which you will have access to the Level Up surf training program. You can perform the training sessions at home, and by the start of the trip, you will be able to benefit from a physical advantage to spend multiple hours in the water and improve your surfing during the trip.

Surf

We will surf all the famous spots around Hossegor and Capbreton with respect for the locals. When the swell is too big, we head out for reef breaks in the South. Coach Keith will provide professional coaching at the beach and in the lineup. When the day ends, we have an in-depth video analysis of your personal footage of the day. This trip is for intermediate to advanced surfers.

Training

When the swell is out, we train on land, just like the pros. In between sessions we stretch, self-massage, breathe, and do everything we can to recover as quickly as possible, so we’re ready to surf as much as we can once the surf is on. Ask your coach anything you want to know about training for surfing.

Stay

Since 2010, Board and Breakfast has received surfers from all over the world. Equipped with all the facilities a surfer needs and located only 400 meters from the beach, this is the perfect place for our Level Up surf coaching trip.

Food

Every morning, before or after our first session of the day, a fresh breakfast is served. During breakfast, we prepare our lunch to take with us for the day during our search for the best waves. For four nights, a delicious, homemade, warm meal is prepared for us. The other night, we go out for dinner or make healthy food ourselves in the well-equipped kitchen at the house.

After the trip

At the end of your coaching trip, you will receive all your surf footage and photos that were taken of you during the trip. After the coaching trip, you will also receive a complete personal final video analysis of your performance, including all the key focusing points you need to work on to further improve your surfing. This digital final analysis will be delivered to you a few weeks after the trip.

Pricing

Brief

  • 5 full days of coaching starting Monday morning and ending Friday night

  • first night sleep on Sunday last night sleep on Friday (checkout Saturday)

  • 6 days breakfast, 5 days lunch, 4 times diner, last night we eat out or cook a meal for ourselves

  • towels, bedsheets, fully equipped kitchen, warm public space with all you need, garden, terras and a swimming pool

Not included

  • transportation before, during and after the trip

  • travel insurance, in no case a refund is possible

  • the last evening of the trip on Friday there is no diner

  • surf gear is not included

  • shower gel, toothpaste, standard toiletries are not included
