Level Up Surf Coaching & Performance

The south-west of France is known for its consistent world-class beach breaks, beautiful weather, and historical surf culture. Stay at the Board and Breakfast and experience an unforgettable coaching trip.

Preperation

With Level Up, we understand the physical components that contribute to surfing. Prior to this trip, you will get a private account in the Level Up surf training application, in which coach Keith will build a personalized 4-week training program specifically for your needs. You will perform surf-specific training sessions at your own location, and by the start of the trip, you will be perfectly physically prepared to spend multiple hours in the water and improve your surfing.

Surf

We will surf all the famous spots around Hossegor and Capbreton with respect for the locals. When the swell is too big, we head out for reef breaks in the South. Coach Keith will provide professional coaching at the beach and in the lineup. When the day ends, we have an in-depth video analysis of your personal footage of the day. This trip is for intermediate to advanced surfers.

Training

Learn how to recover in between sessions in a recovery workshop given by your coach. When the swell is out, we train on land, just like the pros. Ask your coach everything you want to know about training for surfing and Level Up once and for all.

Stay

Since 2010, Board and Breakfast has received surfers from all over the world. Equipped with all the facilities a surfer needs and located only 400 meters from the beach, this is the perfect place for our Level Up surf coaching trip.

Food

Every morning, before or after our first session of the day, a fresh breakfast is served. During breakfast, we prepare our lunch to take with us for the day during our search for the best waves. For three nights, a delicious, homemade, warm meal is prepared for us. The other two nights, we go out for dinner or make healthy food ourselves in the well-equipped kitchen at the house.

With three epic skateparks nearby, there's never a shortage of action. Learn to ride a pumptrack, do your first drop-in, or just enjoy the action from a distance.
